- 2 shots Vodka (4 oz)
- 1 shot Heavy whipping cream (2 oz)
- 1 pouch Ultra Fat™ Coffee Almond Nut Butter For richer flavor, use two pouches
- 1 oz Heavy whipping cream For dipping
- 1 oz Almond meal
Instructions
- Put vodka, whipping cream, and Ultra Fat™ Coffee Almond Nut Butter (you can substitute the Vanilla Almond flavor if you prefer), and ice in a blender. For optimal results, use a powerful blender that does a good job of crushing ice.
- Blend until well mixed and creamy
- Dip the rim of a martini glass into a small plate of heavy whipping cream
- Dip the moistened rim of the glass into a small plate of almond meal, making sure to fully coat it
- Pour the contents of the blender into the martini glass
