For people who love a nice creamy cocktail but don’t eat sugar, it can be a challenge to find a tasty, satisfying recipe. Most creamy cocktails use sugary liqueurs, and/or syrups to achieve a distinctive flavor. Well, here comes NSNG to the rescue! We’re happy to introduce you to the “UltraFatTini.”

  • Blender


  • 2 shots Vodka (4 oz)
  • 1 shot Heavy whipping cream (2 oz)
  • 1 pouch Ultra Fat™ Coffee Almond Nut Butter For richer flavor, use two pouches
  • 1 oz Heavy whipping cream For dipping
  • 1 oz Almond meal


  • Put vodka, whipping cream, and Ultra Fat™ Coffee Almond Nut Butter (you can substitute the Vanilla Almond flavor if you prefer), and ice in a blender. For optimal results, use a powerful blender that does a good job of crushing ice.
  • Blend until well mixed and creamy
  • Dip the rim of a martini glass into a small plate of heavy whipping cream
  • Dip the moistened rim of the glass into a small plate of almond meal, making sure to fully coat it
  • Pour the contents of the blender into the martini glass
